Family Fun Day Event At A local Sports Club Venue

The Coventry based company 'Fusion' who are part of the BGL Group approached us to provide them with a family fun day event at a venue local to their offices so that their employees would not have far to travel.

The solution was to source a venue within Coventry that had adequate grounds and facilities to accommodate over 300 guests indoors and outdoors for duration of the event.

After researching local venues Fradley Croft Events and our client decided on a local Rugby Club that had plenty of event space available on their pitches and a good size club function room for catering and seated areas.

As for the activities we supplied all the great and favourite activities such as bouncy castles and face painting for the toddlers, giant trampolines and climbing walls for the 5 - 14 years olds and Lazer clay shooting and giant inflatable's for the adults!

We also added a competitive element to the event by organising a back to school sports day where moms,dads and children could compete in for a chance to win a prize.
