Where are your activities based?
All of the activities and events shown on our web site are based either at our Midlands venue or off site at a venue of your choice. All of our outdoor team building and activity days are available on site however the indoor and evening entertainment packages are only provided at off site venues.
If you have already booked a venue and would like us to provide the entertainment for your event then just let us know the location and we will be more than happy to provide a quotation.
How physically demanding are your events?
Most of our events are physical in some form however if your group has certain disabilities or you would prefer a less strenuous day then just let us know and we will tailor your event with this in mind. We will also ensure that all activities on the day will be accessible by the whole group and maximum participation is always our goal.
Are your events accessible to disabled participants?
We welcome participants with disabilities. The great majority of our events are fully available to disabled participants. Where there may be an issue related to disability, we will ensure that you are aware of the issue. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that disabled participants receive the same service as all other participants. We ask for your help in this by letting us know as early as possible about any significant disabilities or existing medical conditions that might impact upon participation.
What should we wear on an activity or team building day?
Basically dress for the outdoors! watch the weather report on the morning of your event and dress accordingly (we will run the event in any weather conditions - well almost). As long as your guests have good outdoor foot wear you will be fine, we can also provide extra water proof clothing in addition to any activity day.
What if it rains?
We will run our events in rain, snow or shine it has no affect on the activities in fact a bit of rain is great for activity days especially quad bikes!
All of our outdoor events are complete with tented ares for your guests to protect them from the sun or rain and seated areas are available for people to rest whilst not participating.
We are currently looking for a venue else where can you help with this?
Yes of course! we have excellent experience in venue finding and if you let us know your brief we will endeavor to find you the perfect venue for your event along with preferential rates. This saves you a lot of time and leaves you to concentrate on your job while we do the work for you.
I'm really not sure what event is best for my group
Don't worry our events team are extremely knowledgeable and after an in depth conversation following your initial enquiry we will be able to provide you with some great options. Just let us know your objectives for the day or evening and how you would like the event to run and we will provide you with all the answers to your questions.
What is your public liability insurance cover?
We are insured up to £5 Million public liability insurance on all of our events and can provide risk assessments should you require. Please enquire and we will email over our details prior to any event should you wish.
We would like to hold the event at our offices is this possible?
No problem, once you have decided on your event package we will come over to your offices and carry out a site visit to ensure the event is feasible. If the location is fine as far as access and room size is concerned then we will bring the event to you.
