How does the race night work?

Hosting a race night dinner party evening is sure to dazzle your guests. Your race night can take place either before, during or after your dinner party depending on your requirements.

Your guests will be introduced to the evening by our professional race night host who will explain the format of the evening and how to bet on your winning horse.

We can also theme your conference room with star cloth, a stage set and various props in order to create a great focal point for the evenings entertainment.

All our race evenings are run on a tote system and our tote staff will be on hand to pay out your winnings or take your fun money away!

We only use fun money on our race nights and each table or guest will be allocated a set amount prior to the races. Your guests will then continue to bet on up to 6 races before they hand in their fun money. Our host will then announce the winner of this fantastic upbeat evening event.

Champagne is the preferred prize for the lucky winners, however we can provide many other alternatives.
