Indoor Team Building Exercise - Case Study 1

Event - The Big Paint'

We were asked to provide an indoor team building exercise for a major high street bank who wanted an end of conference activity session to conclude their away day at Harewood House in Leeds.

The Big Paint was an ideal team building activity for this client as they were looking to involve the delegates in an interactive networking workshop that would lead the individual teams towards a common goal for the whole group.

The task was described to the group which involves working within their individual teams to create a final art masterpiece of which will be displayed at the end of the event.

Each team had two blank canvases to complete within a time frame. Using only primary coloured paints and a handful of equipment teams had to network with other teams in order to match up their given design work.

The event was a complete team building success from the moment the guests put on their aprons and began to put pencil to canvas!

The final masterpiece came together perfectly with all individual canvases matching by sketch and colour. We also had an extra surprise with cartoon versions based on the guests, which were placed on the finished product which was a hilarious end to a great indoor team work challenge!
