Scaling The Heights - Problem Solving And Communications Exercise

How will this exercise improve my team?

The Scaling The Heights exercise is designed around your teams solving puzzles and cryptic challenges in order to achieve a final objective. To do this they must work to deadlines, use their individual skills and concentrate on the bigger picture.

The event will take place within a classroom scenario with a mixture of hands on and technology based tasks. Each member of your team will have their chance to input their own personal knowledge and skills into the group task and only on working as a structured team will they become successful.

Teams will also be encouraged to network within the whole group, some teams may not grasp the underlying goal of the exercise and this can lead to an interesting conclusion.

This event is also very useful when trying to asses how certain individuals or teams work together and will provide a platform to improve on issues within the work place.

Duration - 2 hours

Group size - 15 to 70
