Team Building Military Style With Our Midlands Boot Camp!

A leading high street bank takes on serious team building!

Have you ever wanted to feel and experience what it would be like to complete a selection process for the military? Well this particular client did exactly that.

We were contacted by our client who wanted to create an event that would keep in theme with their ongoing training program which was based on a military theme.

This highly motivating and very much hands on team building event was designed to develop individuals personalities and skills in a demanding and focused but also fun environment.

Our client chose a selection of suggested team building activities that were designed to cover a range of objectives set within their training program.

The scene was set and as soon as the guests arrived at camp they were confronted by our Regimental Sergeant Major who welcomed them to their boot camp with a, shall we say motivating speech!

The whole event lasted from 10.00 through to 16.00 with the recruits making their own lunch in the woods under the watchful eye of our instructors in the field kitchen.

The feedback from this event was extremely positive and referrals from the client soon came through with more event bookings!

Location - This event can either be held at a real military training ground or we will create a bespoke tented camp at the Midlands event venue.
