The Final Cut! - Creative Team Building Through Filming

How does it work?

This team building event can be used as an indoor or outdoor team activity that lasts for approx 2 - 4 hours and can be run at any venue.

The event commences with your teams being briefed on the overall format for the team challenge and the specific role for each individual. Your teams will need to decide on directors, scriptwriters, costume and props and of course the actors and actresses for their given film genre!

Each team will be provided with a different theme for their film and be required to produce a 3 - 5 minute sketch or trailer to their chosen film.

To help the teams in their task we will also provide a prop shop where the chosen team members can select a designated amount of wigs, masks, outfits and special effects for their film clips. The teams can then return the items in exchange for more props as and when throughout the event or beg steal and borrow from the other teams!

Before the teams are let loose around your venue they will also be required to create a story board for their film, this element is designed to create a well scripted film clip and also encourage creative thinking and planning within the teams.

Props, costumes, HD filming equipment and expert help will be on hand to ensure your teams get the most out of this great team building activity.

The event concludes with our team of onsite editors who will stitch the teams film clips together including the credits before showing them on a huge projector screen for the whole group to vote on and decide who wins the Oscar awards for their Final Cut!
