The Mexican Railway - Indoor Or Outdoor Team Building Activity

If you are looking for an indoor team building ice breaker that will involve the whole room then the Mexican Railway exercise will do just that.

The exercise its self resembles a railway that has to be constructed from the teams equipment stores and only when the guests work with each other to build and test their railways will the exercise become successful.

Using only limited equipment your group will be split into smaller teams whilst working as a whole group in order to create a huge tubular railway which will transport a cargo from one end of the room to the other.

Teams must communicate with each other and synchronize their movements in order for the cargo (ball) to successfully make its way from A to B with all the teams joined together.

Think of the exercise like a giant Mexican Wave but with the teams holding the railway above their heads instead on their hands!
