The majority of our team building and activity days run on the same format so to explain this take a look at the scenario below

Team building away day - Small group with meeting

Format -

20 guests split into 3 teams with six activities

09.00 - Arrive - Bacon rolls, tea and coffee

09.15 - Meeting commences

11.00 - Meeting ends

11.10 - Welcome & safety brief by event manager

11.20 - Guests split into 3 teams

11.30 - Activity session 1 commences

Teams rotate around the pre-selected 3 activities for a duration of 1 1/2 hours. This provides all guests with ample opportunity to participate in all the activities and eliminates waiting time by keeping your teams small!

13.15 - Hot buffet lunch or BBQ

14.00 - Session 2 commences

Teams rotate around the remaining 3 activities for a duration of 2 hours.

16.00 - Activities close

16.10 - Teams return for Tea/Coffee & muffins

16.20 - Results and prize presentation

16.30 - Guests depart after enjoying a great day out of the office!
