Wine Tasting Game For Pre Dinner Corporate Entertainment

This is a fun team-based event that provides a great ending to a team meeting, away day or conference event.

The wine tasting game starts with a light-hearted introduction to the art of wine tasting. We quickly move onto the wine tasting itself with participants working in small teams of 3 to 6.

The game starts with each team tasting their own wine. Using the winemaker's lexicon, they decide on the most apt descriptions for 'taste', 'aroma' and 'sensation' enter these descriptions on the Challenge Board and then hide the same descriptions in the numbered bottle bag together with the wine.

Everybody has a go at swirling, sniffing and slurping each others wines and trying to match the bag numbers with the correct descriptions. Finally all the bags are unveiled and the team with the highest number of matches becomes "top nose" for the day!

At the end of the wine tasting, we quickly score up and award the results to the teams - this could involve participants selecting a favourite wine from all those tasted.

The wine tasting typically lasts about an hour.
